Leslie Hitchcock is joined by Rob Murray, Senior Fellow, Atlantic Council to discuss a Defence, Security, and Resilience Bank. Rob has been researching a DSR bank since 2018 and is the authority on the subject, having written a brief for Atlantic Council on making it a reality. This interview is a deeper dive following on from Rob’s participation in The Future of Defence Tech Manufacturing & Innovation, held at Munich Security Conference.
